Training & Development Manager

CASE WESTERN RESERVE UNIVERSITY

I am developing and facilitation professional development content for over 6,500 university staff and faculty. I also manage our employee supervision certificate as well as our learning assessment.

OBERLIN COLLEGE

In this role I developed curriculum & coordinated with stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of learning outcomes. I created tracking systems and utilize assessments to provide a foundation for data-driven decision making. I also created in-demand training with sequenced learning for 80 employees. 

2020-2021

Assistant Director

NOTRE DAME COLLEGE

I directly trained & oversaw the development of 18 employees while managing a client base of over 600 client needs. I created the first assessment plan for the office and managed the tracking of data through our system. My lasting impact was my ability to organize and create lasting transition documents detailing the work of the office, which had never been recorded.

KENT STATE UNIVERSITY

I created & taught undergraduate courses to support international education leaders at the university. I also developed a program proposal to increase international education opportunities for underrepresented clients & managed the project while balancing the needs of a variety of stakeholders.

In this role, I created educational events that brought interactive & in-demand topics to clients. I also assisted in the marketing, recruitment, selection, & onboarding of approximately 27 employees. NEWMAN UNIVERSITY

Recruited 20% of the university's incoming first year cohort for Fall 2018. Led the complete redesign of an office program through scheduling, hiring process, staff development techniques, management structure and the hiring of 13 new employees within a one-month timeframe.
